Expense Control Analyst (Temporary Contract )

• Review employee expense reports in Concur to ensure compliance with internal T&E policies flag irregularities violations or potential abuse.
• Identify and escalate recurring issues or trends to Global Compliance and regional Finance teams.
• Collaborate with regional Finance and Global Compliance to align on policies share insights and recommend corrective actions.
• Produce concise data-driven reports on findings trends and areas of concern for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain organized and accurate records of expense reviews investigations and outcomes.
• Support improvements in expense control processes and identify gaps in policy enforcement or system usage.
• Assist with compliance reviews audits and ad hoc projects related to T&E activity in the EurAsia region.
• Serve as a point of contact for T&E compliance questions within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in financial controls compliance internal audit or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify patterns or inconsistencies in data.
• Effective communication skills to present findings clearly and collaborate across departments and regions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is required.
• Familiarity with regional business practices and regulatory requirements in the EurAsia region is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of data analysis or visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) is a plus.
• Experience working in a multinational or regional compliance environment.
• Additional language skills relevant to the EurAsia region are advantageous.
