We are looking for a highly organized proactive and wellpresented Executive Personal Assistant to support our CEO. This role requires strong communication skills fluency in English and the ability to manage a wide range of tasks with discretion and efficiency. The ideal candidate is detailoriented adaptable and capable of working in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
Manage the CEO s calendar appointments travel and logistics
Handle highlevel internal and external communications
Prepare executive reports presentations meeting agendas and followup summaries
Conduct research and compile insights to support decisionmaking
Coordinate crossfunctional projects and monitor progress on key initiatives
Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive matters
Represent the CEO in meetings and interactions both internally and externally
Anticipate the CEO s needs and provide timely support across priorities
Bachelor s degree from AUC or GUC is preferred
Fluency in English excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and professional communication abilities
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital productivity tools
High attention to detail with a proactive cando attitude
Professional appearance and demeanor are highly recommended
Previous experience supporting Clevel executives or in a similar administrative role
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong sense of discretion integrity and accountability
