Job Description & Summary

The UI/UX Manager leads the design vision and user experience strategy across digital products. This role ensures all solutions are usercentered visually consistent and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive UX strategy design standards and best practices.
• Oversee user research usability testing and design improvements.
• Review and approve wireframes prototypes and visual designs.
• Collaborate with product engineering and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
• Lead and mentor UI/UX design team.

Qualifications:

• 7 years of UI/UX experience including leadership roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX strategy and interface design.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma Sketch Adobe XD.
• Excellent communication leadership and project management skills.
