The People Experience Associate supports the activation and sustainability of a strong organizational culture by driving employee engagement initiatives delivering impactful people experiences and capturing employee insights through surveys and feedback mechanisms. The role combines creativity with handson execution and datadriven insights to enhance the overall employee journey and reinforce the firms culture and values.- Proactively monitor and manage all performancemanagementactivities (Goal Setting Year-End Reviews and Feedback cycles) to ensure timely completion and adherence to timelines.
- Maintain and updateTalentManagementforms templates and manage bulk uploads if any.
- Track progress and align with HCBPs to ensure all assigned programs and initiatives are completed within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and teams across different territories to support the delivery ofTalentManagementprograms and related transactional activities.
- Analyze performancemanagementdata and generate insights to support continuous improvement and informtalentdiscussions.
- Supporttalentassessment processes including identifyingtalentneeds contributing to succession planning and enabling effective performancemanagementpractices.
- Evaluate the effectiveness ofTalentManagementand development programs providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the design and delivery of employee development programs using a variety of learning methods and tools.
- Contribute to identifying trends and insights fromtalentdata to support decision-making and enhance overallTalentManagementpractices.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus onTalentand/or PerformanceManagement.
- Strong understanding ofTalentand PerformanceManagementframeworks and practices.
- Good understanding of Learning & Development processes and how they integrate withTalentManagementinitiatives.
- Excellent processmanagementand organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across stakeholders.
- Proven analytical problem-solving and stakeholdermanagementcapabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- High level of professionalism integrity and confidentiality.
