These individuals collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate assess educate and train employees in line with market developments and firm strategy.In leadership coaching at PwC you will focus on providing guidance and support to executives and leaders helping them enhance their skills and achieve their professional goals. Your work will involve your experience to empower individuals and drive organisational success through effective coaching addition to providing individualised development opportunities to executives you will design and develop learning solutions as applicable.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate sourcing: Assist in identifying and attracting candidates through job boards LinkedIn and other channels.
Screening support: Review resumes shortlist candidates and schedule interviews.
Interview coordination: Support logistics communication and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
Employer branding: Contribute to recruitment campaigns and social media presence.
Data management: Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports.
Onboarding assistance: Support HR in preparing documentation and welcoming new hires.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Interest in recruitment talent development and HR operations..
