The Compliance Analyst is responsible for reviewing documentation for both companies and individuals to ensure full compliance with country-specific regulatory requirements and internal policies. The role operates across multiple countries globally requiring strong knowledge of local regulations exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify non-compliance risks early.- Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance Review
Review both Company and Individual documentation to ensure they meet the regulatory requirements specific to each country
Verify that case decisions narratives and supporting evidence align with local regulations and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Flag and document any instances of non-compliance for remediation and escalation
Country-Specific Regulatory Knowledge
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements for all assigned countries
Monitor and communicate regulatory changes that may impact case review processes or team SOPs
Documentation & Reporting
Ensure all compliance review findings are accurately documented with clear rationale
Produce regular compliance reports highlighting trends recurring issues and areas of concern
Escalation & Risk Management
Identify and escalate high-risk compliance gaps or regulatory breaches to the Team Lead SME or relevant stakeholders
Assess the severity and potential impact of non-compliance findings and recommend corrective actions
Quality Assurance (QA) Support
Collaborate with the QA team to align compliance checks with quality review processes
Provide compliance-related input during Quality Huddles and team training sessions
Support the development and refinement of compliance-related SOPs and checklists
Public Holiday & Weekend Coverage
Provide operational coverage during public holidays as required to ensure business continuity
Support weekend work during peak operational periods to meet client SLAs and deadlines

Strong organizational skills with experience maintaining trackers and reports
