Your work will involve analysing market trends assessing competitive landscapes and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. You will be responsible for collaborating with key stakeholders to develop strategic plans manage risks and position the Firms long-term sustainability. You will also provide leadership and guidance to teams foster a culture of excellence and drive the firms strategic priorities to achieve desired outcomes.

Role Purpose

The CEO Office Head / Chief of Staff serves as a strategic advisor and execution partner responsible for ensuring that ETICs strategy is clearly defined operationalized and delivered with discipline across the organization. This role acts as the central coordination point (CEO Office) enabling the CEO to focus on external engagement growth and strategic direction while ensuring strong governance performance tracking and alignment across the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Planning & Business Plan Development
  • Support the CEO and leadership team in defining and preparing the annual business plan and strategic priorities
  • Structure and consolidate inputs across all functions
  • Translate leadership discussions into clear actionable plans
  • Ensure alignment between strategy financial targets and operational execution
2. Board & Executive Governance
  • Prepare Board and Leadership meetings including agendas briefing materials and decision packs
  • Attend meetings document decisions and track action items
  • Drive timely follow-up and closure of agreed actions with stakeholders
3. Strategy Execution & Follow-Up
  • Track execution of business plan initiatives and OKRs across functions
  • Identify risks dependencies and execution gaps
  • Drive accountability across leadership and escalate issues with recommendations
4. Performance Management & KPI Oversight
  • Oversee monthly KPI reporting and dashboards
  • Ensure accuracy clarity and actionable insights
  • Highlight key trends risks and required interventions to leadership
5. Executive Communication & Presentation Development
  • Prepare high-quality executive presentations for board leadership and clients
  • Ensure consistency clarity and alignment of messaging
  • Support CEO communications across internal and external stakeholders
6. CEO Office Programs & Special Initiatives
  • Lead CEO-sponsored programs including transformation and cross-functional initiatives
  • Track delivery milestones outcomes and impact
  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders and functions
7. Leadership Alignment & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team
  • Facilitate alignment and structured decision-making across functions
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and execution discipline
Qualification:
  • 1218 years of experience in strategy consulting program management or operational leadership roles
  • Proven experience working in technology organizations or related fields
  • Strong experience in strategy development and execution within tech environments
  • Demonstrated experience in internal or client-facing program management roles
  • Proven track record of working closely with C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
  • Experience in drafting tracking and following up on organizational actions across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Exceptional communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • High execution discipline with ability to drive outcomes in complex environments
