We are looking for dedicated and customerfocused EnglishSpeaking Call Centre Agents to join our clients this role you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a seamless service experience. • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide accurate information troubleshoot issues and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
• Adhere to company policies and service procedures to maintain quality standards.
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of products services and client guidelines.
• Work effectively in a team environment to meet performance targets and service level agreements.

• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
• High school qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a call centre or customer service role.
• Availability to work rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment.
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office and online tools.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally and empathetically.
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working in a fastpaced and evolving environment.
