Job Summary

Were looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to help grow Lenmes affiliate ecosystem by building strong partnerships improving performance and driving new revenue through strategic collaborations.

Grow affiliate revenue through new partnerships and marketplace integrations

Manage day-to-day communication with affiliate partners

Own and optimize Lenmes advertiser program on Impact

Identify and launch new affiliate channels and platforms

Negotiate deals commission structures and placements

Monitor performance analyze ROI and optimize campaigns

Stay up to date with affiliate trends and opportunities

Requirements

2 years in Affiliate Marketing or Partnerships

Hands-on experience with platforms like Impact CJ or similar

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills

Data-driven mindset (comfortable with tracking ROAS CAC etc.)

Experience in fin-tech or marketplaces is a plus

Excellent communication and organizational skills
