Key Responsibilities:
Install and maintain desktop hardware/software (Windows Office 365)
Troubleshoot issues via helpdesk ticketing systems
Manage user accounts in Active Directory
Support mobile devices (iOS/Android)
Ensure security with anti-virus and encryption tools
Requirements
Bachelors in Computer Science or related field
CompTIA A or MCP certification preferred
Experience with Windows Active Directory and hardware troubleshooting
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Professional and willing to learn
