Job Summary
- Oversee project status and manage projects from A to Z until delivery.
- Revise design offers and contracts.
- Communicate with the clients and coordinating with the contractors and suppliers.
- Set project timelines and supervise the workflow.
- Manage a design team.
- Supervising all design drawings presentations and FF&E selections.
- Coordinate with other departments.
- Submit a monthly report with the status of each project and cash flow reports.
Requirements
- Degree in Design Architecture or related field.
- 5 years of experience in design management.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
