Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Mandatory
Masters degree in Project Management or relevant field Preferred
Strong experience in infrastructure projects may substitute postgraduate studies
Required Courses / Certifications
PMP Preferred
Primavera P6 / MS Project Preferred
Risk Management Certification Advantage
Other Important Requirements / Remarks
Mandatory experience in infrastructure projects (roads utilities drainage networks)
Understanding of infrastructure construction sequencing and coordination
Experience supporting multiple contractors and packages
Familiarity with authority approvals and regulations
Preferably worked with reputable PMC/Consultants (e.g. AECOM Parsons Dar)
Experience in large-scale / city-wide infrastructure projects is preferred
Strong coordination and reporting skills
