Job Summary
Manage software deployment activities configuration testing training and handover.
Support customer onboarding and ensure successful adoption of Garment IO solutions.
Monitor customer usage identify potential challenges and proactively address risks.
Provide ongoing customer support troubleshoot issues and coordinate escalations.
Conduct regular customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Deliver product demonstrations during assigned pre-sales activities.
Maintain accurate customer records deployment documentation and support reports.
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Production Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
02 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates may be considered
Practical experience in software implementation customer onboarding training or technical/operational support.
Good understanding of industrial operations manufacturing processes and production workflows.
Strong communication presentation and customer relationship management skills.
Good analytical thinking problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to manage priorities take ownership and collaborate effectively across teams.
Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes ERP MES AI tools or similar systems is an advantage.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience ideally in technology or garment manufacturing. Strong communication negotiation and organizational skills. Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Basic knowledge of garment manufacturing processes. Preferred: Experience with B2B sales and SaaS systems. Preferred: Familiarity with digital marketing.
