Job Summary
The Customer Relations Officer (CRO) is the main point of contact between the preschool and parents. She ensures a positive parent experience through excellent communication professional handling of inquiries and consistent follow-up. The CRO is responsible for maintaining the preschools image managing admissions supporting marketing and events and ensuring parents are always informed and satisfied.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Education or a related field.
0-1 experience in customer service preferably in nurseries or schools.
Excellent English and Arabic communication skills (spoken and written).
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Presentable positive and professional appearance.
Organized detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
