• Build and maintain robust standard costing systems for all SKUs and raw materials.
• Analyze and explain variances in material labor and overhead then fix them.
• Produce monthly cost reports inventory valuations and gross margin deep-dives.
• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts alongside Operations and Finance.
• Monitor procurement costs and spotlight savings opportunities.
• Ensure precise WIP and finished goods valuation.
• Drive month-end and year-end close activities with speed and accuracy.
• Strengthen internal controls over inventory and costing processes.
• Support audits and liaise with banks and external stakeholders.

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Commerce; CMA/CPA is a major advantage.
• 710 years of cost accounting experience with 3 years in management.
• Manufacturing cost accounting background (food/agricultural processing preferred).
• Mastery of standard costing variance analysis and BOM structures.
• Advanced ERP (SAP/Oracle/similar) and Excel skills.
• Solid grasp of Egyptian tax and accounting standards.
• Analytical detail-obsessed and commercially minded.
• Fluent Arabic and English.
