Lead mentor and supervise the content creation team ensuring high standards of creativity and quality.
Develop and execute creative content strategies aligned with clients marketing objectives.
Oversee the production of content for social media websites blogs email campaigns and other digital platforms.
Collaborate with the creative design and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive brand voice and style.
Assign tasks review outputs and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Stay updated with the latest trends in content marketing social media and digital storytelling.
Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Analyze content performance and prepare reports to measure effectiveness and ROI.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Marketing Media Communications or a related field.
4 years of proven experience in content creation with at least 1 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience creating and managing content for the GCC markets.
Strong writing editing and storytelling skills in both Arabic and English.
Solid understanding of social media platforms content trends and audience engagement techniques.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Excellent leadership communication and team management skills.
Creativity adaptability and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:
