Content Creator (Full-Time)

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Creator to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling content marketing and social media with the ability to develop engaging content that aligns with brand objectives and resonates with target audiences.

• Create develop and manage content across social media platforms.
• Develop content strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
• Write captions scripts and creative content for various channels.
• Build content plans and monthly content calendars.
• Brainstorm and generate innovative ideas for campaigns and brand activations.
• Present creative ideas and content concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Participate in client meetings to explain strategies content directions and campaign ideas.
• Collaborate closely with marketing design and production teams.
• Monitor content performance and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends competitor activities and emerging content formats.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Advertising Media or a related field.
• Previous experience in content creation marketing advertising or any creativity-related role.
• Strong creative thinking storytelling and content writing skills.
• Experience in developing content strategies and content calendars.
• Ability to generate innovative ideas and stay up to date with social media trends.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience presenting creative concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to confidently participate in client-facing meetings and handle feedback professionally.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and content best practices.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience in agency environments is a plus.
