Concierge Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Concierge Supervisor to lead our concierge team in Cairo this pivotal role you will oversee daily operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences with warmth professionalism and genuine enthusiasm. As a Concierge Supervisor you will combine your passion for hospitality with strong leadership capabilities to ensure our guests receive outstanding service that exceeds expectations. Your expertise in local knowledge combined with your supervisory acumen will be instrumental in creating memorable experiences for our clientele.

• Lead mentor and supervise the concierge team to maintain consistent service standards and foster a collaborative supportive work environment
• Oversee day-to-day concierge operations ensuring efficient and organized service delivery across all guest requests and inquiries
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction while maintaining attention to detail in every interaction
• Manage guest requests with empathy and decisiveness resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Cairos attractions services restaurants entertainment venues and cultural landmarks to provide authentic local recommendations
• Schedule team members across rotating shifts while ensuring adequate coverage and operational flexibility
• Train and onboard new team members establishing clear performance expectations and career development pathways
• Monitor team performance provide constructive feedback and recognize achievements to maintain motivation and engagement
• Utilize concierge management systems and booking platforms to organize reservations track requests and optimize service delivery
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services and ensure seamless experiences
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct serving as a role model for the team
• Analyze guest feedback and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement innovative solutions

Qualifications :

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for exceeding guest expectations
• Strong leadership and team supervision experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality service delivery
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
• Proficiency with concierge management systems booking platforms and CRM software
• Professional demeanor and polished appearance
• Ability to work flexible rotating schedules including weekends and holidays

Required Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of concierge or hospitality service experience
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team management experience
• Demonstrated expertise in guest services and relationship management
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

Required Language Proficiency:

• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Additional language skills are a plus

Essential Knowledge:

• Comprehensive knowledge of Cairos attractions services dining entertainment and cultural landmarks
• Understanding of Egyptian culture and hospitality standards
• Familiarity with local transportation business services and community resources

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hospitality management certification or customer service training
• Experience in luxury or upscale hospitality environments
• Knowledge of additional languages
• Experience with crisis management and high-pressure situations
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and technology platforms
