THE ROLE- Complementary Therapist
Cameron Spa is award winning. Our state-of-the-art hydro and thermal facilities include the iconic roof-top infinity pool. Theres a VIP couples room with mineral bath steam room and private balcony and Rasul mud chamber steam room and relaxation suite.
Our team of highly qualified therapists deliver a treatment menu for all occasions be it a full-day indulgence orexpresstreatment guests are sure to leave relaxed and rejuvenated.
As Complementary Therapist your scope will be to to deliver luxury complementary therapies which are tailored to individual guest needs within a spa environment. Ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience while supporting the overall cleanliness professionalism and revenue goals of the spa.
Key things youll be responsible for:
Provide high-standard complementary therapies such as massage reflexology and holistic facials to spa guests.
Adapt treatments to client needs and contraindications.
Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
Upsell treatments spa experiences and retail products to maximize revenue.
Build professional relationships with guests and members fostering trust and loyalty.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of treatment rooms and spa areas.
Ensure client confidentiality and respectful conduct at all times.
Report maintenance issues and guest feedback to the Spa Manager or supervisor.
Assist with stock takes of professional and retail products.
Follow opening and closing procedures for treatment areas including daily room checks.
Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks.
Attend meetings and contribute to team development and engagement initiatives.
Comply with health and safety fire safety and other relevant legislation and resort policies.
Participate in audits health and safety committees and support sustainability efforts.
Assist with fire/crisis team duties and ensure effective shift handovers.
Complete training modules and follow departmental SOPs.
Perform any other duties as assigned to support spa operations.
