Were looking for a results-driven clinic Sales Manager to lead our clinic sales team drive revenue growth coach the team and ensure monthly sales targets are consistently achieved.
*Location:*Nasr City
#Key Responsibilities:
* Lead manage and motivate the Sales/Call Center team.
* Monitor daily performance and ensure sales targets are achieved.
* Track KPIs conversion rates and team productivity.
* Coach train and develop team members to improve performance.
* Create action plans to maximize sales and customer conversion.
* Analyze reports and provide regular performance insights.
* Ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Requirements
* Bachelors degree in any relevant field
* 25 years of experience in Sales Management or Call Center Management.
* Previous experience in aesthetic clinics medical centers or healthcare is highly preferred.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong leadership coaching and team management skills.
* Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience using CRM systems and preparing sales reports is a plus.
