Position: Chairman Personal Assistant (Full-Time)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Future Group is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to provide high-level personal and administrative support to a senior leader. This role is perfect for someone with a background in PR or Translation especially Al-Azhar graduates who is fluent in English and skilled in using modern AI tools to streamline daily tasks.
Manage personal errands and handle ad-hoc requests with professionalism and urgency.
Take full ownership of calendar management: scheduling confirming meetings resolving conflicts and preparing daily agendas.
Monitor and manage communications across email Zoom and WhatsApp drafting clear and professional responses.
Maintain task lists ensure timely follow-ups and keep priorities on track.
Prepare concise notes summaries and reminders to support daily operations.
Degree in PR or Translation (Al-Azhar graduates required).
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in AI tools and modern productivity applications.
A proactive reliable and detail-oriented work approach.
