Job Summary
Executive Office Manager
We are looking for someone organized detail-oriented and capable of keeping everything under control someone with a strong sense of follow-up who considers follow-up a natural part of their personality not just a task.
This role will serve as the main link between the CEO and the various departments acting as the primary person responsible for monitoring all company operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time.

Monitor the implementation of decisions and projects with different departments and ensure that all tasks are completed on schedule.

Coordinate meetings and reports and follow up on their outcomes step by step.

Manage the executive office and the CEOs agenda with precision and professionalism.

Communicate directly with senior management and summarize reports and notes clearly.

Prepare regular files and reports on workflow and achievements.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with the Legal Affairs and Finance departments.

Highly organized detail-oriented and responsible personality.

Experience in executive office management or administrative coordination.

Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Strong organizational time management and daily follow-up skills.

Proficiency in workflow management tools such as Notion Asana Trello and in using AI tools to organize and streamline operations and convert information into actionable data.
Location: Cairo (with occasional travel outside Egypt)
