Job Summary
- Develop scalable CAD and BIM models to support large rail projects and ensure future-proof designs.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams integrating engineering architecture and operations for seamless project delivery.
- Ensure reliability and accuracy in all design outputs maintaining compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Drive innovation by implementing the latest digital tools and methodologies in design processes.
- Share knowledge and mentor junior team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Architecture or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in CAD/BIM design preferably within rail or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and BIM software; strong understanding of digital modeling and data management.
- Expertise in design principles project coordination and technical documentation relevant to rail systems.
- Strong communication teamwork and problem-solving skills; ability to lead small teams and manage project deliverables.
- Timely delivery of design packages aligned with strategic project milestones.
- Effective collaboration and leadership within cross-functional teams.
- Reduction in design errors and increased efficiency through innovative solutions.
