Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

Proven experience in B2B sales 2 years preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.

Strong understanding of the recruitment process and industry trends.

Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Self-motivated proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
