About the Client

Our Client is an enterprise CPaaS and A2P SMS wholesale provider across the Middle East and Africa. It brings together SMS OTP verification WhatsApp Business and Voice OTP through messaging APIs flexible routing and 120 carrier interconnects serving banks fintechs retailers aggregators and operators. The company was founded within a software group with 15 years of enterprise delivery and today has a team of 41 across 14 nationalities with offices in Dubai (commercial HQ and carrier relations desk) Riyadh (enterprise and regulatory) and Cairo (engineering and the 247 NOC).

About the Role

You will build The Companys supplier and partner network: the operators aggregators and hubs that carry its traffic. You source and evaluate A2P routes negotiate pricing and terms and expand international connectivity working with Routing and Operations on testing and quality and with Account Management on customer destination needs.

Key Responsibilities

Partnerships & supplier network

• Develop relationships with MNOs aggregators SMS hubs and messaging providers.
  
• Build a reliable competitive and scalable supplier network.
  
• Maintain regular communication with carriers and partners.
  
• Maintain supplier and partnership records in CRM.
  
• Own the supplier-side relationship with aggregators and hubs.
  

Route sourcing & commercial terms

• Source and evaluate A2P routes and connectivity opportunities.
  
• Negotiate commercial terms pricing payment conditions and service commitments.
  
• Evaluate route quality delivery pricing stability and long-term sustainability.
  
• Prepare proposals route comparisons and business cases.
  

Market & coordination

• Identify opportunities through market research industry networking and events.
  
• Monitor market pricing regulatory developments and competitive activity.
  
• Coordinate with Routing and Operations on testing quality capacity and incidents.
  
• Coordinate with Account Management on customer requirements and destination needs.

Must have

• 5 years of experience in telecom A2P messaging SMS wholesale CPaaS or carrier relations.
  
• Established relationships with operators aggregators SMS hubs or messaging providers.
  
• Strong knowledge of the A2P ecosystem and international connectivity.
  
• Experience negotiating rates payment terms traffic commitments and commercial agreements.
  
• Understanding of route quality reliability and sustainability.
  
• Strong commercial analytical communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Fluent English and ability to work independently.
  

Nice to have

• Direct operator connectivity experience.
  
• Experience with WhatsApp Viber RCS or related messaging products.
  
• Experience building a supplier function in a startup environment.
  
• Willingness to travel for business development and industry events.
