What you need to know about this position:

• Checking the Layout: Comparing the physical equipment on the floor to the technical drawings to make sure everything is being installed in the right spot.
• Punch Listing: Finding and listing small errorslike a missing bolt or a loose wireand making sure the contractors fix them before the line starts.
• Safety Coordination: Helping manage safety permits and checking that all workers are wearing their gear and following site rules to prevent accidents.
• Testing the Machines: Assisting with trial runs where you turn the machines on for the first time to see if they run at the correct speed and stop when they are supposed to.
• Organizing Manuals: Collecting all the equipment manuals and lists of spare parts so the maintenance team knows how to fix the machines later.

Education / Certifications:

Bachelors degree in engineering or related fields.
