Job Summary
- Manage and analyze the commission structures for external/internal partners.
- Monitor and optimize the daily working funds allocated to partners.
- Ensure accurate and timely disbursement of funds and incentives.
- Conduct indepth business performance analysis to identify trends opportunities and risks.
- Prepare daily weekly and monthly performance dashboards using tools like Excel Power BI and SQL.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to present actionable insights that support strategic growth.
- Leverage strategic instruments and business analysis methodologies to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Apply datadriven approaches to solve business problems and enhance revenue opportunities.
- Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to current analytical tools and processes.
- Explore master and maintain proficiency in technical tools such as:
- Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas pivot tables macros)
- Power BI (data modeling visualization DAX)
- SQL (queries joins data extraction)
- Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve reporting and analysis efficiency.
- Serve as a liaison between business development and partner teams to ensure alignment on fund usage and business strategies.
- Support partners with datadriven insights and ensure transparency in performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in business administration Finance Economics Information Systems or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a business analyst or similar analytical role.
- Strong understanding of business development functions financial principles and data analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel Power BI SQL and other analytical tools.
- Excellent problemsolving critical thinking and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
