Boarding Agent, Port Said

The Boarding Agent handles all necessary procedures and documentation for the arrival and departure of ships managed by NASCO SAE in Port Said. This role liaises with ship owners and masters to ensure requests for supplies repairs and crew movements are carried out promptly and according to regulations. The Boarding Agent maintains accurate records and coordinates with port authorities and service providers to ensure smooth vessel turnaround.

• Carry out all required procedures and documentation for the arrival or departure of agency ships.
  

• Follow up on owners and masters requests for supplies repairs or crew movements ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
  

• Communicate with port authorities customs and service providers to coordinate vessel services.
  

• Maintain detailed records of ship movements services and expenses.
  

• Provide timely updates to ship owners masters and the companys operations team.
  

• At least 5 years of experience in shipping operations or as a boarding agent.
  

• University degree.
  

• ECDL diploma holder.
  

• Excellent command of the English language.
  

• Availability 24/7 to meet vessel schedules.
  

Experience Required: 5 years of experience in shipping operations or as a boarding agent.

Education Required: University degree; ECDL diploma.

Languages Required: Excellent command of English.
