As a Bellperson youll be the welcoming face of our property combining professionalism with genuine warmth to ensure every guest feels valued and supported throughout their stay. • Welcome all guests with a warm professional demeanor and provide outstanding service at every interaction
• Efficiently deliver guest luggage and packages to rooms in a timely and organized manner
• Personalize guest room orientations in a friendly engaging and professional way that showcases property amenities
• Maintain a visible presence in the lobby and front entrance areas offering proactive assistance to guests under the direction of Guest Services leadership
• Keep the lobby front entrance and common areas clean and well-maintained with special attention to glass surfaces main doors and seating areas
• Accurately record and promptly deliver all guest and colleague deliveries to their correct destinations
• Support doorman duties as directed by the Guest Services Manager
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of hotel standards services and facilities and communicate this information clearly to guests
• Coordinate seamless arrival and departure processes for guest tours in an efficient and timely manner
• Adhere to all health safety and security protocols including emergency procedures and incident reporting
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across all departments to ensure cohesive guest service delivery

Qualifications :

• Service-focused personality with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Proven customer service experience in a hospitality or similar fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Professional appearance and demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm organized and efficient while working under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work cohesively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods lift and carry items up to 50 pounds and navigate multiple floors
• Exceptional attention to detail particularly regarding guest belongings and security
• Reliable punctual and flexible with scheduling including availability for shift work
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address guest needs proactively and creatively
• Basic numeracy skills for accurately recording deliveries and transactions
• Willingness to learn hotel operations systems and procedures through onboarding and training programs
• Resilience and adaptability in responding to changing guest needs and property requirements
