B2B Sales Specialist – Fitness & Wellness Solutions

We are looking for a B2B Sales Specialist to drive new business and manage project-based sales for fitness and wellness solutions.

The ideal candidate should have B2B sales experience within fitness equipment engineering landscaping construction contracting building materials or similar project-driven industries.

• Generate new B2B leads and build a strong sales pipeline.

• Develop relationships with corporate clients developers contractors consultants hotels gyms clubs and other commercial accounts.

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and client meetings to quotations negotiation closing and follow-up.

• Conduct site visits and understand client/project requirements.

• Prepare commercial proposals quotations and presentations.

• Follow up on RFQs tenders and project opportunities.

• Achieve sales and revenue targets.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.

• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Marketing or a related field.

• Proven experience in B2B sales project sales or business development.

• Background in fitness equipment engineering landscaping construction contracting or related industries is preferred.

• Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills.

• Proven ability to generate leads and close commercial deals.

• Experience dealing with contractors consultants developers procurement teams or corporate clients is an advantage.

• Target-driven proactive and comfortable with client visits and field sales.
