Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for network system and connectivity-related issues.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot LAN WAN Wi-Fi VPN and internet connectivity issues.
• Install configure and support Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Assist in the administration and monitoring of VMware virtual environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices including switches routers and firewalls.
• Respond to incidents and service requests within defined service levels.
• Perform system monitoring maintenance patching and upgrades.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware software and operating system issues.
• Maintain technical documentation troubleshooting guides and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT infrastructure projects.
• Escalate complex technical issues when necessary and follow through to resolution.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Information Technology or a related field.
• 03 years of experience in Technical Support Network Support IT Operations or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP DNS DHCP VLANs Routing and Switching.
• Familiarity with VMware virtualization technologies.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Understanding of hardware operating systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of network security concepts firewalls and VPN technologies.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA Network or VMware certifications are a plus.
