Assistant City Manager Logistics

Role Summary
Managing overall logistics of multiple cities across the country. Leading delivery operations and maintaining excellent customer experience 24/7. Taking ownership of staffing service levels and communication with stakeholders. Monitoring measuring and improving compliance and performance of riders/partners. 

Whats On Your Plate

• Oversees all daily logistics related operations.
• Directing optimizing and coordinating full order cycle.
• Leads communication with external suppliers.
• Supervise coach multiple rider managers and rider trainers.
• Oversees and ensures restaurant onboarding and training.
• Set up SOPs policies and tools for safety / compliance of riders and partners.
• Help with coordination of marketing campaigns and activities across all brand entities.
• Coordinate with country logistics head on operational zone setup and special projects.
• Responsible for cities rider experience and satisfaction score.
• Provide weekly updates to country management on projects & performance progress.

Qualifications :

What Did We Order

• Bachelors Degree.
• 3-4 years of experience in food/grocery tech industry is highly preferred at a supervisor/managerial level.
• Strong experience and capability in Data Analytics.
• Strong communication skills.
• People management skills: Experience of managing bigger group of people.
• Stakeholder management skills: Experience in dealing with cross-cultural team members and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze data and derive insights from comprehensive data reports.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity work under pressure handle stress.
