Job Summary
Job Title: Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant
Location: Remote (Open to applicants based in Egypt)
Employment Type: Fulltime Offshore
We are looking for a highly organized and detailoriented Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant to support our daytoday finance operations. This role requires strong familiarity with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and a solid foundation in accounting particularly around accounts payable reconciliations and financial recordkeeping.
Accounts Payable

Enter vendor bills into QuickBooks Online

Reconcile vendor statements with QBO records
-
Generate weekly unpaid bills reports for payment processing

Allocate payments accurately to corresponding bills
Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations

Perform daily bank reconciliations within QBO
-
Complete monthly reconciliations for company credit cards
Accounts Receivable
-
Manage the AR process on a weekly or biweekly basis
Sales Reconciliations
-
Conduct monthly sales reconciliation reviews to ensure financial accuracy

Proficient in English (spoken and written)

Arabic is a plus but not required

Handson experience with QuickBooks Online is required

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Prior experience in a bookkeeping or accounting support role

Familiarity with financial reports and basic accounting metrics

Comfortable communicating with vendors and internal teams
