Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Manager with 1015 years ofprogressive experience in financial planning budgeting and analysis. Theideal candidate will play a key leadership role in driving the companysfinancial health by managing budgeting processes supporting strategicdecision-making and ensuring financial compliance and control.
Role Description:
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support long-term planning and scenario analysis.
- Track and analyze actuals vs. budget identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions and performance improvement.
- Partner with department heads to review financial performance and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present monthly quarterly and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Drive process improvements in planning budgeting and reporting activities.
- Lead or support audits internal controls and risk assessments.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Economics or related field (MBA or CPA/CMA preferred).
- 1015 years of relevant finance experience with a strong focus on planning budgeting and business partnering.
- Solid understanding of financial statements accounting principles and forecasting techniques.
- Proven experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle NetSuite).
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) is a plus.
- Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines and work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
