We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resources Generalist to support recruiting onboarding employment administration and legal coordination activities across the organization. This role will lead day-to-day recruitment efforts for new team members while also assisting with the screening and onboarding of medical experts and consultants.
The ideal candidate combines strong HR operational experience with exceptional attention to detail professionalism and discretion. A background or experience in paralegal work employment documentation or contract administration is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle recruitment for administrative operational and professional roles
Draft and post job descriptions across recruiting platforms
Source screen and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates
Conduct initial candidate assessments and reference checks
Support recruitment and screening of medical experts advisors and consultants
Coordinate scheduling and communication throughout the hiring process
Maintain candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Onboarding & Employee Administration
Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and contractors
Prepare onboarding documentation and orientation materials
Ensure completion of employment eligibility and compliance paperwork
Facilitate employee setup introductions and onboarding logistics
Maintain accurate employee and contractor records
Support HR compliance and policy administration
Offer Letters Contracts & Legal Documentation
Draft and manage offer letters employment agreements contractor agreements and related documentation
Coordinate contract revisions and signature collection
Track renewal dates and maintain contract files
Assist leadership with document preparation and administrative legal support
Support confidentiality agreements independent contractor agreements and consulting agreements
Ensure consistency and compliance in employment documentation
HR Operations & Compliance
Support employee relations and HR administrative tasks
Assist with policy implementation and process improvements
Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive personnel and business matters
Coordinate with external legal counsel or compliance partners when necessary
Help ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Qualifications
Impeccable English communication skills (verbal and written)
Hands-on experience working in global or international companies in Senior Recruiter Talent Acquisition or People Operations roles is required.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Legal Studies or related field preferred
3 years of experience in senior roles within HR Generalist (HRG) HR Business Partner (HRBP) Recruiting Headhunting People Operations or Talent Acquisition.
Experience managing recruitment and onboarding processes
Strong drafting and document management skills
Experience preparing employment contracts and offer letters preferred
Paralegal certification or legal administrative background highly desirable
Experience working with healthcare professionals medical experts or clinical organizations is a very desired
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Google Workspace and HR/recruiting systems (ATS)
Ability to work aligned with Pacific Time Zone (U.S.) standard business hours
