Job Summary

Role Purpose
Lead overall farm operations with a focus on cattle and general agricultural activities ensuring productivity sustainability and profitability across livestock and land resources while building a motivated team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Livestock Oversight: Manage cattle herds including breeding feeding and health monitoring.
- Farm Operations: Oversee land use crop integration and resource allocation.
- People Management: Supervise staff provide training and ensure safe working practices.
- Financial & Reporting: Monitor budgets costs and operational performance; provide regular updates on herd and farm activity.
- Community Relations: Engage positively with stakeholders and local communities.
- Key Requirements
- Hands-on experience in cattle or livestock management.
- Background in agriculture farm management or related field.
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to adapt to remote or rural farm environments.
- Knowledge of local or regional languages is an advantage.
- Qualifications Formal degree in agriculture livestock or farm management preferred but not essential.
