Job Summary

Common Responsibilities Across the Groups 5 Entities

Multi-Entity Management

Oversee manage and consolidate all financial and accounting operations for the groups five separate legal entities.

Accounting Team Supervision

Coordinate and supervise the accounting team to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of financial data.

Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable accounts receivable bank reconciliations and general ledger management.

Accounting Records Management

Ensure the accuracy of entries in the general ledger and supervise all accounting postings.

Ensure that all accounting transactions are recorded in compliance with applicable accounting standards.

Internal Controls

Establish maintain and continuously improve internal control procedures to safeguard financial processes and assets.

Review and audit management reports submitted by operational teams.

Financial Reporting

Prepare and supervise monthly closing activities including accruals provisions and balance validation.

Prepare and validate monthly and annual financial statements including:

o Profit & Loss Statement

o Balance Sheet

o Cash Flow Statement

o Key financial ratios for senior management and external stakeholders

Analyze variances between:

o Current Year (Year N) vs. Previous Year (Year N-1)

o Current Year (Year N) vs. Budget

Budget Preparation and Monitoring

Prepare the companys annual budget and ensure rigorous monitoring of its implementation and performance.

Requirements

Education

Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting Finance or a related field.

Experience

Minimum of 57 years of accounting experience including at least 2 years in a supervisory role or as a Chief Accountant.

Expertise preparing Balance Sheets P&Ls and Cash Flows.

Previous experience managing accounting activities for multiple companies or entities is highly preferred.

Languages

Fluent French is mandatory.

English is preferred.

Required Skills:
