Student Worker – IT Governance & Licensing Support

We are looking for a motivated student worker to support our global initiatives within software licensing compliance and IT governance.
Your new job
In this role you will contribute to the development of structured scalable and audit-ready processes supporting software lifecycle management across an international organisation. You will work closely with the Global Licensing & Compliance function and gain hands-on experience in governance frameworks vendor management and compliance practices.
You key responsibilities will be to:
- Support the capture structuring and maintenance of backlog items related to licensing compliance and governance initiatives
- Assist in organising and maintaining governance frameworks including documentation templates and process structures
- Contribute to the development of standardised processes and documentation (e.g. RACI compliance checklists vendor profiles)
- Help ensure audit-ready documentation and evidence structures
- Support structuring and maintaining data in SharePoint/Excel-based tools
- Assist in documenting and improving software lifecycle processes (request procurement deployment monitoring renewal)
Your Profile
We imagine that you are currently enrolled in either a bachelor or masters program within IT Computer Science Software Engineering og something similar and are looking for a long term student job.
Besides this we also would like you to have:
- Strong interest in IT governance compliance or software lifecycle management
- A structured analytical and detail-oriented approach to work
- A comfortable way of working with Excel and structured data; experience with SharePoint is an advantage
- An interest in or basic understanding of legal/compliance topics (e.g. contracts EULAs GDPR) is a plus
- Fluent in English - written and spoken
