We are now looking for an experienced Project Manager within Aid Relief & Government to join our specialized Project Logistics team in Aarhus or Copenhagen Denmark.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of logistics project management and Aid Relief and Government operations managing complex international transport projects that make a real impact on mission-critical supply chains.

The Opportunity
As Project Manager Aid Relief & Government you will be responsible for managing logistics projects on behalf of our customers ensuring seamless transport execution and outstanding service delivery.
You will play a key role in building up a new team handling a new customer win. You will be coordinating everything from quoting/solution design to operating the shipment within the different transport modes as air sea & road.
This position offers significant exposure to international stakeholders complex logistics challenges and strategic customer engagements.
What Youll Be Doing
Manage end-to-end logistics projects for customers across Aid Relief and Government.
Coordinate the transportation of equipment across ocean air and land modes.
Capture and analyze project requirements to develop tailored logistics solutions.
Support planning costing pricing and proposal development activities.
Lead project execution to ensure successful delivery against customer requirements.
Create and optimize process flows for critical operational activities.
Manage smaller tender processes and help secure competitive commercially attractive solutions.
Conduct site visits and engage local stakeholders to gather insights and support execution.
Develop innovative logistics concepts and value-added service offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the global Maersk network.
What Were Looking For
You are a proactive and solution-oriented logistics professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys turning challenges into opportunities.
Ideally you bring:
Proven experience within Government/Defense or Aid/Relief business
Strong project management capabilities and a track record of successful execution.
Commercial awareness and an interest in developing customer-focused solutions.
Excellent relationship-building skills with customers suppliers and internal stakeholders.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across global teams.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
Excellent communication skills in English.
A solid understanding of logistics products services and supply chain solutions.
