You will work for several deal teams that guide business owners in buying or selling a company. You are financially and analytically strong but above all commercially and socially skilled. As an M&A Associate at Marktlink you can expect the following tasks:

• Perform business and market analyses;

• Preparation of valuations and IMs (Information Memorandum);

• Approaching new buyers and sellers;

• Building and maintaining the Marktlink network;

• Broad support of the manager during projects.

• You have recently completed or are about to complete a university degree within finance such as . or similar;

• You have 0 - 1 years of experience;

• You are a social and entrepreneurial person with practical strategic tactical and commercial insight;

• In addition to strong analytical skills you are punctual and goal-oriented;

• Motivated to work with companies in the SME sector;

• An eye for personal relationships and excellent communication skills are essential;

• Fluency in both spoken and written Danish and a good command of English is mandatory.
