The role
Were not looking for someone to execute specs. Youll identify what needs to be built design it and ship it end to end with direct access to Dominik Gazdoš (CEO) and David Gazdoš (CTO). A lot of freedom a lot of responsibility.
What youll work on
- End-to-end ownership: From identifying the problem to shipping the fix. No handoffs.
- Direct UX impact: You have strong opinions on how things should work.
- Agentic development: AI tools are a core part of how we build. Youre expected to use them to deliver complex features independently and fast.
- Tech stack: TypeScript React NestJS AdonisJS.

- Youve already built things: Websites apps products something real that works. Show us what youve shipped.
- Youre anchored in both design and dev: Youve worked across the full stack ideally as the single person responsible for the outcome.
- You dont wait for a ticket: You identify what needs to be built and you start.
- End-to-end is the main reason youre here: Not a compromise. You want the space to design and build and youre done with everything else getting in the way.
- Languages: both Czech and English
