Senior IT Analyst Product Analyst, hybrid in Prague

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Analyst to join a large-scale digital transformation program focused on the design and development of digital products.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders UX/UI designers product owners developers architects and QA teams to analyze business needs design user-centric digital solutions and support the delivery of high-quality digital services.

Responsibilities

• Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Design digital product concepts together with Product Owners and UX/UI Designers.
• Create wireframes mockups and low-fidelity prototypes.
• Analyze customer journeys and improve overall Customer Experience.
• Work with product metrics and data to support product decisions.
• Participate in Product Discovery activities and solution design workshops.
• Define and propose reusable UI components.
• Collaborate closely with developers architects testers and business stakeholders throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure requirements traceability.
• Support Agile delivery teams during implementation and testing.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior IT Analyst.
• Proven experience delivering digital products or enterprise web applications.
• Strong experience in Customer Experience (CX) and Product Success.
• Experience with:
  • Wireframing
  • Prototyping
  • Product analytics
  • Data analysis and metrics
  • Designing UI/product components
• Hands-on experience using:
  • Figma
  • Jira
  • Confluence
• Experience working with all three tools within software development projects.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Completed university degree (Bachelors or Masters).
