What Youll Do:

• Provide on-site desktop support for end users including software/hardware installation configuration and troubleshooting while independently managing IT operations at the site.
  

• Assist with basic server and network issue diagnosis (TCP/IP DNS DHCP Active Directory file services) and collaborate with global/regional IT teams to execute standardized IT processes.
  

• Support user accounts peripherals printing systems and daily IT services ensuring compliance with company IT policies and security guidelines.
  

Requirements

What You Need:

• Minimum 34 years of IT desktop support experience with a strong ability to handle end-user desktop environments independently.
  

• Solid understanding of Windows desktop OS Microsoft Office common enterprise applications and basic network troubleshooting.
  

• Experience independently managing IT support at a site is preferred.
  

• Good communication skills in English for daily work interactions along with a proactive service mindset.
  

• Valid Czech work permit and visa available for an on-site client interview and able to join immediately upon clearance.
