As our very first Greek-speaking hire you will have a unique entrepreneurial opportunity to help build shape and grow a brand-new market from the ground up. This hybrid role bridges the gap between sales conversion and long-term client retention making you the face of our brand for our Greek-speaking clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Market Pioneer: Act as the foundational member for the Greek-speaking market helping establish processes and driving market growth.
Conversion Excellence: Convert inbound leads and inquiries into active traders by effectively communicating our platforms value proposition.
Client Relations & Retention: Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates and platform loyalty.
Onboarding & Education: Guide new clients through the registration verification (KYC) and initial funding processes ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and market insights to help optimize our product and localized marketing strategies.
What We Are Looking For
Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in Greek and professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Industry Experience: Hands-on experience within Brokerage Forex Fintech Trading or Financial Services is essential.
Functional Expertise: A proven track record in Conversion Retention Account Management or Client Relations.
Startup Mindset: A self-starter attitude comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the challenge of building a market from scratch.
Location: Ability to work from our Limassol office full-time during the training period transitioning to a hybrid model (4 days office / 1 day WFH) thereafter.
