CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative for an international gaming project based in Larnaca Cyprus. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced customer support team assisting players with account inquiries platform navigation and technical troubleshooting. Youll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting users in the Dutch market.

Your Role

• Deliver high-quality customer support via email chat and other communication channels
• Assist customers with account-related inquiries and platform navigation
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience
• Accurately document customer interactions and case resolutions
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when required
• Follow company procedures quality standards and data security policies
• Contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction and service quality

Your Profile

• Native-level fluency in Dutch
• Good command of English
• Previous experience in customer service technical support or a contact center environment is an advantage
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Good computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
