Job Summary

On behalf of WorkforceTech Client #1 SD Solutions is looking for a talented Call Scheduler to engage with existing paying customers proactively.

In this role you will make outbound follow-up calls to active customers build relationships offer free training sessions and help them maximize the value of the Connecteam platform. You will act as a helpful guide ensuring customers feel supported and discover new ways to use the system effectively for their daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound follow-up calls (15-minute sessions) to offer free training sesions.
  • Maintain accurate daily reporting: calls made meetings booked qualified vs unqualified opportunities
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team for smooth handoffs and escalations
  • Working hours: 9 AM 6 PM Central Time (CST) required

Requirements:

  • Spotless/fluent English non-negotiable (excellent spoken English is mandatory)
  • Strong willingness to work hard with a high volume of outbound calls daily
  • Confident positive and customer-oriented communication style
  • Ability to explain things clearly to non-technical users
  • Highly disciplined and organized
  • All other skills (product knowledge sales techniques etc.) can be taught
  • Working hours: 9 AM 6 PM Central Time (CST) required
