- Lead regional strategic sourcing events contract negotiations and e-sourcing processes across Professional Services categories (IT Benefits Fleet) to drive cost optimization and value creation.
- Develop and execute regional category strategies aligned with global procurement goals long-term business priorities and sustainability/DE&I initiatives.
- Manage strategic supplier relationships and implement Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs to mitigate operational and contracting risks.
- Partner with cross-functional business stakeholders and senior regional leadership to align on procurement needs project statuses and category priorities.
- Lead annual benchmarking spend analytics and supplier segmentation deep-dives to identify continuous improvement and process automation opportunities.
- Bachelors degree or higher qualification in Marketing Business Engineering or similar.
- 3 years of experience in Procurement Professional Services categories preferable.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing e-procurement platforms such as SAP and SAP Ariba.
- Professional-level fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Direct category experience in Professional Services (e.g. IT Fleet Employee Benefits).
- Strong strategic negotiation project management and analytical decision-making capabilities.
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement across cross-cultural environments.
