Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Manager for Facility Facilities & Property Management to join our team in Bogota this role you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our facility operations ensuring a safe functional and cost-effective environment for our employees and visitors.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive facility management strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Oversee daily operations of facilities including maintenance security and cleaning services
  • Manage and optimize facility-related budgets identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects and maintenance tasks
  • Implement and maintain health and safety protocols in compliance with local regulations
  • Lead and mentor a team of facility management professionals fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular facility inspections and risk assessments to identify and address potential issues proactively
  • Develop and execute sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact and improve energy efficiency
  • Manage lease agreements and relationships with property owners or tenants
  • Ensure all building systems are properly maintained and updated as needed

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Facility Management Business Administration or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in facility or property management with a proven track record of success
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or other IFMA credentials preferred
  • Proficiency in facility management software and project management tools
  • Strong knowledge of building systems maintenance practices and real estate management
  • Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and sustainability best practices
  • Demonstrated experience in budget management and cost optimization
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency practices and sustainability initiatives
