IT System Engineer

Overview and Main Responsibilities

We are looking for an Infrastructure Coordinator based in Bogotá Colombia responsible for ensuring timely support to end users in office hardware and software as well as the availability of all technology platforms and their data so that users have excellent technology services that support their daily tasks the fulfilment of objectives growth efficiency and simplification of the business.

Main responsibilities

Provide and maintain local IT infrastructure (computers and accessories telephones etc.). Provide and maintain IT infrastructure services (email telecommunications servers databases etc.). Plan and execute maintenance on IT infrastructure. Support users in resolving IT incidents and requirements related to infrastructure. Conduct IT training on local or group infrastructure solutions. Support and manage compliance controls (SOX 262 SOD or corporate). Participate in audits and/or compliance with related reports.

Who are we looking for

• Professional in Systems Engineering Computing Telematics Telecommunications Electronics
• 2 to 5 years of experience in related positions
• Advanced Excel skills and preferably knowledge of SAP
• Intermediate level of English and knowledge of ERP administration ITIL COBIT cybersecurity and technology project management.

Buscamos un Coordinador@ de infraestructura con sede en Bogotá Colombia responsable de Garantizar el soporte oportuno a usuarios finales en hardware y software ofimático así como la disponibilidad de todas las plataformas tecnológicas y sus datos esto con el fin de que los usuarios tengan servicios tecnológicos de excelencia que apoyen sus labores diarias al cumplimiento de objetivos crecimiento eficiencia y simplificación del negocio.

Principales responsabilidades

Proveer y mantener la infraestructura de TI local (computadores y sus accesorios teléfonos etc.) Proveer y mantener los servicios de Infraestructura de TI (correo telecomunicaciones servidores bases de datos etc.) Realizar planes y ejecución de mantenimientos sobre la infraestructura de TI. Soportar a los usuarios en la resolución de los incidentes y requerimientos de IT respecto a infraestructura. Realizar entrenamientos de TI respecto a las soluciones de infraestructura locales o de grupo. Apoyo y Gestión al cumplimiento de los controles de compliance (SOX 262 SOD o corporativos). Así como la participación en auditorías y/o cumplimiento a reportes relacionados.

A quién estamos buscando

• Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas Computación Telemática Telecomunicaciones Electrónica
• De 2 a 5 años de experiencia en cargos relacionados
• Manejo de Excel avanzado y preferiblemente conocimientos en SAP
• Nivel de inglés intermedio y conocimientos en la administración ERPs ITIL COBIT ciberseguridad gestión de proyectos tecnológicos.
