Implementation Project Manager- IPM 1

We are looking for experienced professionals to support a leading logistics technology platform serving large U.S. companies . This role focuses on providing operational and client support within a high-volume production environment

• Manage outbound calls and emails with U.S.-based corporate clients
• Handle escalations and ensure timely issue resolution
• Provide outstanding customer experience (Great CX service skills required)
• Support logistics tracking and operational workflows
• Work closely with internal teams to maintain service quality standards
• Drives the end-to-end execution of the PP/Project workflow from kickoff through closeout.
• Maintains status control and keeps documentation accurate and up to date throughout the project.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for client communication.
• Ensures data readiness ahead of each project milestone.
• Owns scheduling progression and delivers a clean complete closeout.

Qualifications :

•  Minimum 1 year of experience in operations planning scheduling logistics support or similar roles
•  Experience handling client escalations
•  Strong customer management skills
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills (B2 English required) 
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel 
•  Salesforce and/or NetSuite experience is a plus
